COVID-19 Customer Information

Customer Update – We are still operating as normal; with just a few variations as to when and how we deliver the animals to you.

The vast majority of the ARC’s animals are transported by air via Qantas and Virgin. Over the past couple of weeks this has largely been reduced to Qantas. We have been advised that airlines have replaced their previous planes with narrow-body aircraft, which may reduce the number of animal shipments. Furthermore, animal shipments may be competing with vital health supplies including medication and PPE. While the ARC is exploring solutions through Jetpets, kindly understand the situation and know that we are actively working to minimize service disruptions.
